Property layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island among the images.
Additionally contained in this new document drop seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had created development schemes to build upon the substantial island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section labelling distinct sections of the land.
In addition to this are what seem to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as plans for dock shelters.
More materials made public as part of the ongoing investigative release.
